A project on new XSPEC routine -- comparing with previous results

Here we compare several test results of the present computations againts previous works of other authors. It appears that our results are compatible although there are minor differences. Sometimes it is somewhat difficult to find out exact values of parameters that should be used.

First we repeated computations of Laor (1991) (see Figure 1). We found our line profiles identical in shape. The exact normalization seems to be somewhat uncertain especially for pole-on view.

Another comparison concerns with our results versus Kojima (1991) (see Figure 2 below).
